There are some wedding days where I have an equal number of portraits from different parts of the day. And there are others where some moments are so special, I could fill a blog post with just those images. The moments after Hanna and Jerid were pronounced husband and wife at the Refinery were some of my favorite of the day. The emotion, the relief and the joy was vibrant and I am thrilled to share moments from the whole day with you.

Hanna had thought of everything for her wedding day. Every detail was planned and in place, which made the day feel easy and relaxed. But honestly, some of my favorite moments weren’t part of the plan at all. Jerid told us that he had cried more that day than he had in years, and I believe him. I kept catching him, just looking at Hanna. He wasn’t posing or waiting for direction—he would just stop and take her in.

And once the dance floor opened, their bridal party was ready to go. They had so much fun together, and the energy in the room was contagious. The whole day felt joyful, emotional, and very true to Hanna and Jerid, and I’m so glad I got to be there to capture it.
